Nutrition wise, I am doing well. I probably need to have eaten more today. When you get this busy, you just kind of forget to eat and you don't feel real hungry. So my calorie count is pretty low right now. I did discover a great alternative to pizza though. I use pita bread for the crust, a low carb pizza sauce, sprinkle some nutritional yeast and some veggie cheese on it and pop it in the toaster oven for about 5 minutes and it is so very tasty. Pretty low in calories and carbs, only 250 calories and 32 carbs. The carbs could be lower if I used a tortilla instead but man was that pita bread as crust really good. It was filling too. For dinner I will have some lean beef on the grill and something on the side and then finish off the night with a protein shake.
I think now is time to delve into some serious Bible study. I will work on some things and them come back and share them in a separate post.
I do have a mini prayer request for anyone reading this though, please pray for my back pain to go away.
