Yes, I am "barned" out, pun intended. After my Galatians study this afternoon, I headed to my woman cave and did the Cardio X video from P90X. I think this might be one of my favorites. It has variety and you are done in less than an hour. I can't wait until I am in good enough shape to turn up the intensity. I only burned about 200 calories tonight. I am not sure how accurate this is though, my heart rate monitor needs a new battery. After that, it was time to take my dogs for a "wog". Another 150 calories burned, oh yeah. We haven't been in a few days and Mac was starting to get antsy. He has a way of communicating those things to you. He is so talkative, it can be down right annoying. It doesn't take him much to get into a habit either. If you start something with him, you had better be willing to keep it going, or put up with the consequences.
Once we were back home, Brian was ready to head back out to the barn. I resisted with all my might. He said I could just come out and keep him company. He'll be done in 15-20 minutes. Well, you can only guess how that turned out. An hour later and a few extra chores and I am finally back in my house. As things go, you would think I would just sit down and relax, but noooo, I decided I needed to vacuum. My crazy dog likes to lay in the sand under the porch and he seems to bring a lot in with him.
So now I am off to Rite Aid for a new battery and to fill some prescriptions. Speaking of prescriptions, my blood sugar was down today. It was 137 this morning. That is as low as it has been in a long time, so I am on the right track.
